 A common problem with Blades is that the blade needs oiling
on a regular basis, eg; after 2 dogs, if this is not done, then your blades,

will not preform to it's maximum performance, your blades
may appear to be blunt, but they are not.

To check this observe under the blade whilst cutting,
if you see strips on the dogs hair then this is the problem.

Another one of the most common problems with the Oster
machine, is the lack of lubrication to the gear box.
This will cause your blades not to cut efficiently.
To check if this is your problem, grip the little
plastic flipper that goes into the top part of the blade,
and move it left and right, it should have very limited movement,
if there is excessive movement then your clipper machine will need new parts.
